📄 MeetBuddy Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MeetBuddy. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the Service

MeetBuddy allows users to record meetings, generate transcripts and summaries, and manage their meeting content. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Service to:

• Record or transcribe others without their consent
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, tamper, or misuse the extension or web app

3. Accounts & Authentication

You may be required to sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation

Some features of MeetBuddy are available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (e.g., Razorpay) on a recurring basis.

• Subscription billing cycles (e.g., monthly) are defined during checkout
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any reason once a subscription has been billed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to MeetBuddy are the intellectual property of MeetBuddy. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MeetBuddy at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeetBuddy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including transcription errors or data loss.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
